Futuro Audiovisual: The Commitment of Audiovisual Professionals
“Opening real doors to migrants and refugees.” This is the ambition behind the Futuro Audiovisual programme, launched by Ramon Campos, founder of Bambú Producciones in Madrid, Spain: to create, promote, and provide training and professional integration opportunities in the audiovisual sector for migrants facing situations of vulnerability.
Starting from the observation that the audiovisual industry is undergoing major transformations and generating new employment opportunities, Ramon designed a technical training programme conducted directly on film sets. His aim is to reveal the potential of participants, reduce barriers to employment, strengthen their employability, and engage the audiovisual sector in a broader inclusion effort.
The CANAL+ Foundation supports the development of this initiative.
